Why this exists

Real estate and construction run on relationships and knowledge that mostly stay invisible, and right now, AI is changing this industry faster than most of us can keep up with.

  1. What stays invisible

    • A costing lesson learned from a mentor nobody wrote down.
    • A site problem solved because someone answered a question at 11pm.
    • A hire made through a friend of a friend.

    That knowledge exists across this industry. It just isn’t connected to itself, and it disappears the moment a project ends.

  2. What AI changes, and what it doesn’t

    AI is already speeding up estimating, documentation, and answers that used to take a phone call. But none of that replaces knowing people you can actually trust:

    • Someone who’s solved the exact problem you’re stuck on.
    • Someone who’ll tell you honestly when a shortcut is a bad idea.

    That’s worth more now, not less.
